A 1970 alumnus of St. John’s University School of Law, Frank has worked as an attorney and principal in the securities profession for over 25 years. He was elected Mayor of Garden City, NY from 1997 to 1999, and also served as President of the Nassau County Village Officials Association and President of the Marine Corps Reserve Officers Association. He is currently the Chairman of the Water Authority of Western Nassau County. He has been a member of the Board of Governors for the American Land Title Association since 2004.
