Margaret “Barrie” Allen, CPA, Comptroller Barrie obtained her B.S. in Accounting from Wheaton College in 1972. She spent seven years as the Chief Financial Officer of Newtown Business Forms prior to becoming the Comptroller at Madison Abstract.
